and the transfer time is for 8gb under 2min. i m using it with my powershot s3 camera. the recording speed is perfect.
This card can hold about 4,000 high res images and the transfer speed is pretty quick. I purchased a Nikon D60 camera and wanted a reliable, fast SD card that I didn't have to worry about. I shopped around and found it on most other sites for quite a bit more. There are faster cards, but for the $22 I spent on this one, it is a very good value. The D60 is a 10MP camera so the file sizes of the pictures are very large. This can slow down transfer speeds, plus I wanted to avoid the risk of running out of room on the card just when I needed to take a picture.
I am now using a generic 4GB SD card instead and it has been working for several months. I was able to use this card once in my Nikon D90. After tranferring the pictures to my computer, it stopped working.
They have performed well in just about every application I use them in from digital cameras, PDA, Cell phone, storage, etc. I really like Sandisk products and their Ultra line of high speed memory cards.
Great card at a great price, I'm happy. I have always used genuine SanDisk products (CF, SD and MicroSD) and have never had a single issue with any one of them. I am using this card for RAW+JPEG shooting and HD video with the Nikon D90. Plenty of capacity and plenty fast.
